A wonderful care house like home from home. Everyone who help to run the lovely house, the food, so clean and a pleasure to visit a super place. Our dear friend is so happy and looks very well all the worries she had are gone, grateful. Thanks to all of you at Dale House.

She has settled into the Dale so well it has taken us by surprise. Anticipating some problems after a previous ‘respite’ occasion in a different home, the change has been quite remarkable. Each time we visit, mother praises the staff, the food and surrounding. The transformation in mothers wellbeing is remarkable. She is so happy to be here. “It’s a wonderful place”.

All the staff here are extremely pleasant, caring and efficient. The house and gardens are a lovely place to be. Mum seems very happy here which is good for her family to know.

During my time working on behalf of the NHS, Providing care to residents within the home, all staff encountered have been approachable, highly professional and clearly have the residents best interest at heart. It has been a pleasure to support both residents and staff here.

We came to visit the care home today to do some eye tests. A lovely visit and can tell everybody cares for each other. An absolute pleasure being here, looking forward to our next visit. Alice is a fantastic manager who knows all about her lovely residents, we visit a lot of homes and this is amazing to see! Great Job!!!

The atmosphere within the home is relaxed and welcoming at all times, whatever problems arise. Alice Kearns is an excellent manager.
